We foster development of core competencies in leaders around understanding themselves and others, so they can build strong relationships necessary for success. This coaching impacts the outcomes of the leader, their team, and the organization.

Q&A provides a cadre of leadership coaches to organizations. All of our coaches are ICF-certified or are alumni of coach training at the Center for Creative Leadership and have extensive coaching experience. Many, too, are experienced business leaders. And each one is committed to preparing leaders to take on challenges they face.

Assessments

Self-awareness is the foundation of leadership excellence. It is forms the basis for developing leadership skills, as you must know where you are before going someplace new. Understanding yourself can help you to understand others, which is crucial for building relationships that enable effective leadership. On a team level assessments foster appreciation of what the other team members bring to the table and where differences might cause friction.  Q&A offers assessments that teach leaders and teams about themselves in a way that leads to positive transformation.
