Lynn Ellen Queen
Prior to founding Q&A, Lynn Ellen experienced firsthand the challenges leaders face during twenty-five years as an executive and consultant working in law, financial services, manufacturing, and non-profits. She uses this experience as she coaches and educates leaders in business, government and non-profits around the globe. She is currently an adjunct executive and leadership coach with the Center for Creative Leadership. Lynn Ellen holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and is a graduate of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program. She also holds an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
Eric de Nijs
Eric de Nijs brings over 25 years of experience in leadership coaching and development, process improvement, and organizational development. Eric has worked in the private sector with leaders at all levels from CEO’s to first-line supervisors and has significant experience coaching federal employees at all levels of government including SES and Inspector Generals. Eric is a co-program director and instructor for the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program and an adjunct executive and leadership coach with the Center for Creative Leadership. He has written the book, Playing in a Bigger Space and is a contributing author to On Becoming a Leadership Coach. Eric holds a Doctorate in Human Resource Development and is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation.
Joel has worked on the people side of organizations for over 30 years. He has worked as a Senior HR and OD leader in Fortune 100 companies, as a lead HR consultant developing and delivering comprehensive leadership development programs, and has experience in a broad spectrum of business sectors including Financial Services and Banking, Healthcare, Government and Military, Multimedia, Consumer Products, Hospitality and Restaurant, Manufacturing, and Specialty Chemicals. Joel is an adjunct executive and leadership coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, a Certified Coach through the Newfield Coaching and Organization Learning, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, and holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching through Georgetown University.
A psychologist, educator, and consultant with extensive management experience, Rick blends an in-depth understanding of group and organizational dynamics with a first-hand appreciation of the importance of productivity and financial performance, including the impact of organizational culture on both. Providing executive coaching, leadership assessment, team development, organizational change management, and organizational cultural assessments and consulting, Rick has assisted local, national, and global organizations, including businesses, governments and nonprofits. Primary industry sectors Rick has served include financial services, manufacturing, retail, energy, transportation, and healthcare. Rick holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, is a Board Certified Leadership Coach and is an adjunct executive and leadership coach for the Center for Creative Leadership.
